The Denver Tech Center had plenty of glass towers — and not nearly enough places worth staying after 5. Griffin Tavern fixed that.

Listen, Denver TC is where fun goes to take a very long, very gray nap. But Griffin Tavern? It’s the 'sweatpants' of bars. It’s cozy, it’s homey, and it doesn't judge you for being a business traveler eating wings alone at 9 PM. Perfect spot to watch the game and pretend your PowerPoint presentation doesn't exist. Awesome service with a sweet space in DTC. Best kept secret in DTC. Great selection of drinks and amazing food. If something catches your fancy ask for a custom cocktail for some off menu tasty treats. The staff come from all over the US and have some of the best experience you can ask for in the industry.

A great locals bar. They stay open late which is great for service industry. Who would have thought cheese curds with caramel sauce would be my new favorite thing. The bartenders are outstanding. Jen and Sean know their craft and are super friendly and inviting.
